Promo Depot, Inc. is the merchandiser and online fulfillment provider for this E-Store. They provide the official online storefront, the processing, and shipping of orders, and respond to any questions you may have regarding the online storefront and your orders.

WHY DO I HAVE A CHARGE FROM PROMO DEPOT ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT?

Promo Depot handles and runs the online storefront for Flock Safety. Charges on billing statements will appear from "Promo Depot, Inc.", since they are the ones processing the transaction and order. Don't remember what you purchased or what the charge on your statement is for? No problem, just contact them through the Contact Us page, and they'll gladly supply your order details.

This E-Store does not offer Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds.

Colors: Physical garment color may vary slightly that online images. We do our best to post accurate images, however, monitors and device settings may vary. Garments might lose their colors upon washing or drying. Following the care instructions attached to the garment might avoid loss of color or seepage of color onto another part of the garment.

Sizes: Customers should reference size charts when available. Sizes displayed on garments are only for reference and might not be standard. Exchanges or returns are not allowed for size differences.

We do not want to sell you clothes that someone else wore, even if it was just once. We care about the health and safety of our customers and have implemented safety protocols to combat COVID-19 at our facility, and do not possess the ability to clean or disinfect returned clothing.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We do our best to inspect each garment and product prior to shipping, however, we understand things may get missed or damaged during the shipping process. If an item is damaged or defective please email info@promodepot.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

GET AN ERROR WHEN TRYING TO CHECK OUT

There are two primary reason an error can be generated:

The shipping address entered is not found within our shipping system. Please check the address, including the street, state, and zip to confirm it is correct. You can edit the address within MY ACCOUNT. When saved you can go back to the checkout page and use the pencil to edit your shipping address, select the updated address and click update.

Missing credit card information. When using a credit card at checkout you must enter the card number, the expiration date, the CSV code, and your billing zip code

WHY IS MY ORDER DECLINED?

Credit card charge attempts are normally declined due to a mismatch of billing information. If the billing information you entered does not match up exactly with the information on file with your card issuing bank, the transaction may be declined. Please double-check the full name and full address on file with your card issuer, and make sure the same correct information is entered into the billing fields when placing an order

If the billing information is correct, then please double check that the card number, expiration date and security code are all being entered correctly as well.

After making sure all information being submitted is correct, we recommend contacting the issuing bank for your card, and inquiring with them what the issue may be.

HOW DO I CHECK & REDEEM MY STIPENDS?

Stipends are loaded into your account an visible under MY ACCOUNT under Gift Cards. When you click on the Gift Card box it displays the balance remaining and the expiration date for each stipend received. Also, within each category in which stipends are eligible to redeem it will show the balance above any products listed.

Stipends ONLY work for items within the category “Work Apparel & Gear”. Should you add items to the cart from a different category your stipend dollars will not be used and you will be asked for another form of payment.

Stipends are automatically applied at checkout. You will see a blue check in front of stipends on the check-out page under the in-hands date. If you do not want to use your stipend funds for the purchase, simply uncheck the box. If you don’t have enough stiped funds, you can always pay the difference with a personal credit or debit card at checkout. Once you’ve redeemed all your stipend funds, you will no longer see the balance box above products within the “Work Apparel & Gear” category.
